1. Folic Asid paryaapt maatra mein lena chaahiye. Folic acid haree pattiyo mein paaya jaata hai. Isaliye haree sabjiyo ka sevan bharapoor maatra karana chaahiye. Folic acid bachche ke janm se judee kaee pareshaanee ko door karata hai.

2. Pregnancy me falo ka sevan avashy karana chaahiye. Lekeen ek baat sunishchit karale ki khaane se pahale fal dhule hone chaahiye. Varana sankraman ka khatara rahata hai.

3. Pregnancy mein ande, chikan ya machhalee khaana faydemand maana jaata hai. Par ye achchhee tarah se paka hona chaahiye.

4. Protein se bhare padaarth bharapoor maatra mein lene chaahiye. Isase bachche ka vikaas achchhee tarah se hota ho. Daal, beej, aur dudh ye cheeje diet mein avashy rakhe. Iname bharapoor maatra mein protein hota hai.

5. Khaane-peene ke saath vaccination ka avashy dhyaan rakhe. Agar aap kooch din let ho jaate hai to doctor ki salaah lekar turant lagava le.

6. Pregnancy ke dauraan jank food se door rahana hee behatar hota hai. Jank food mein jyaada maatra mein fat hota hai jo cholesterol badhaane mein madat karata hai.

7. Pregnancy ke dauraan sampoorn aahaar le jeesase shareer ko poshak tatv paryaapt maatra mein milenge aur bachche ka vikaas achchhee tarah se hoga.
